The personal data you provide by filling in the site’s contact forms is processed to respond to your request (consultation, pipeline access, EPC brochure, investment models, O&M Services or general contact).

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6, lett. a of Regulation EU 2016/679 — GDPR), given through the dedicated acceptance checkbox present under each form. Providing the data is optional, but without it we will not be able to respond to your request.

The data is processed exclusively for the purpose indicated and is not used to send commercial communications or newsletters. Any marketing activity would require a separate, optional and specific consent, which is not requested by the forms present on the site.
